A. Purpose: Join classes to build Scholarship Dollars
Note: ETAA’s Scholarship Application Serve All Classes

1. Class Scholarship
a. Independently raise funds for your class scholarship
b. Participates in the selection process
c. Presents Scholarship at ETAA’s Scholarship Award Ceremony (Certificate in
the name of your class)
d. Responsible
for transferring funds to recipient’s educational institution
e. Photo with recipient
f. Recognition in Alumni Newsletter and Alumni Web-site
2. Alumni Class Band-Wagon Scholarship
a. Classes Join Together to Build Dollars
b. Participates in the selection process
c. Responsible for transferring funds in Alumni Scholarship Fund Account
d. Make determination on distribution of funds (number of recipients and amount distributed
to recipients)

All Band-Wagon class participants
listed on recipient’s Certificate
f. Attends and represents Class at ETAA Scholarship Award Ceremony
g. Photograph with recipient
h. Recognition in the Alumni Newsletter and Web-site
3. Class Donation to ETAA’s Alumni Scholarship
